hello John, my gcc -dumpversion shows a 4.3.2. I'd assume the 4.3.2 is a later version, though I can't tell when 4.1.2 or 4.3.2 were released to see exactly how new it is. I will howver, try to get an older version and see what I come up with when I compile to try to remove some of the warnings for those who are running an earlier version of 4.x.
