Hi folks,

I'm currently doing a project for GSoC for Axis2/C. The plan is to get the
wheels rolling again on Axis2/C after getting some improvements and bug
fixes in.

This will happen over the next 3/4 months. So, if you can afford to wait
for some time we probably will have something going.
