Hola Jose, with Axis2C 1.6 I had something similar a while ago and after long hours of debugging I found that guththila caused the problem. I replaced guththila by libxml2 and the problems went away - so that would be my recommendation.
I believe I even submitted a defect in Jira, maybe search for guththila for details.
