Error in Xalan StyleBook DTD

Dear Steven,
  I am Zixun Lu. I changed the characters.ent this file. I changed two
things in this file.
1. In line 106 <!ENTITY amp "&#38;"> change to <!ENTITY amp "&#38;#38;">
2. In line 107 <!ENTITY lt "&#60;"> change to <!ENTITY lt "&#38;#60;">
After I changed those two things, the XML can be transferred.
