Hello, I am using a DTD which is available as an internal stream in my C++ program in order to validate my XML. Hence for that reason i commented out the <!DOCTYPE...> tag. The XMLValidator gives me an error stating that the external DTD is not found.
Is this a bug or is it absolutely necessary to give the <!DOCTYPE...> in my XML document? Secondly, if the line containing the <!DOCTYPE...> is deleted, it works properly.
