Because it's not the binary distribution... you can use the 'src' as include folder and the 'Build\Win32\VC7.1\Debug' + 'Build\Win32\VC7.1\Release' as the lib folders. Or rebuild the sources using the script packageBinaries.pl under the scripts directory to build a binary distribution.
