The
AbstractDOMParser::setExternalSchemaLocationsetExternalSchemaLocation
method requires a list of {namespace, schema location} tuples.
The method does not check if the namespace exists in the provided
schema. However, I cannot figure out a useful case when the namespace
could not be present in the schema. Why is it so ?
