XMLPlatformUtils::Terminate in the class at all.
Did you delete the DOMDocument returned by getDocument()? In this case the parser is attempting to delete it again - either avoid deleting the DOMDocument, or use adoptDocument() to let the parser know that you are taking care of cleaning up.
