you need to install the redistributable DLLs for VC++ 2005; you can find
the installer in your C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\SDK\v2.0\BootStrapper\Packages\vcredist_x86 folder or download from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=32BC1BEE-A3F9-4C13-9C99-220B62A191EE&displaylang=en
