I've written a parser for a xml format with several schema files and it
works great except when it is no connection to the Internet. If that is
the case it fails because (I suppose) it tries to download the validating
schemas. Is there any way to make xercesc (in sax2 parsing) look in a
local directory to find the schemas where I've predownloaded to? It would
avoid the minute and a half that takes to download all the schemas
involving the formats I'm reading (they are about 25 different xsd files
and also some DTD's. And I think it is not reasonable that the application
fails because has no connection to the internet.
