Hello, We have Built ICU library and we want to build Xerces with ICU msg loader and transcoder support. Even though we pass these options (--enable-msgloader-icu and --enable-transcoder-icu, also we set this option --with-icu[[[=DIR]]]) at the configure says it is using default msg loader and transcoder instead of ICU. Are we missing anything in between here?
