The Xerces project has released a patch update, V3.1.2, and it is now available on the web site.
The list of bug fixes is available from Jira [1]. The web site has been updated with the new release. There are a few minor changes needed to pages here and there, which I will complete clean up on over the next couple of days. There are a number of visible changes that will be noticeable, which I implemented at the direction of the PMC members I was in contact with: - The V2.8 content has been removed from the web site, with the official-if-it-wasn't-already-official retirement of the V2 branch. The docs for that release can always be found in the source distributions of the older release. - Due to resource constraints, there are no binaries provided with this release.
