The Xerces project has released an ABI-incompatible update to the Xerces-C library, version 3.3.0. An ABI change was necessary to address one of the bugs reported against the libcurl-based networking code in the project.
The release is available now from the usual place. [1] For the list of issues addressed, see [2]. I will note going forward with all such releases that the project is in dire need of committers to work on the many open issues in the code base.
