After restarting server It seems to be working, now we are this error

When I choose "Training Management" / Library / Courses / Course (click on this item) I see the list of Courses, I choose one of this and open, in Lecturer I click add button: + The error is: "Warning: Please, Could you configure the contact's function ?" Maybe I forget something?
