Bug description:
Revno 4238.
It's impossible to create a new project when project_long_term and
project_issue modules are installed.
This error occurs :
Vue invalide, champ redondant: resource_calendar_id
This problem is due to the add of resource_calendar_id field in the
redefinition of the view project.edit_project on the both module :
project_long_term/project_long_term_view.xml, line 321
and
project_issue/project_issue_view.xml on line 336
