Hello Jas, In fact, as soon as there's a data in the table ir_actions_report_xml_file, the system hangs at startup. The first printscreen I posted is the message. In this printscreen, you can seen that the error is : keyerror : 920 .
This number is in fact the value of the field report_id of the table ir_actions_report_xml_file. As soon as this error appears, I check if there's a report id 920 in the table ir_act_report_xml and this is the case. So it seems system cannot make the link between these 2 tables, but doesn't know why. I realized that this came from the table ir_actions_report_xml_file. So, I delete all entries of the table and the problem ran away. But now, everytime I have to modify a report or create a new one and install it, a new enty is created inside this table. And everytime I've an entry, the system hangs when I try to open my sales...
