I have checked your bug specification at my end but i am not able to
reproduce it. Currently i am closing this bug ,You can reopen this again
with proper description or screen shots.

Bug description:
If you open the Customer in read-only mode, (web client), you see only the
first customer address and arrows to scroll to the next customer address are
NOT displayed, and the # of customer address are not showed either (for example
1 of 4).
