This seems a good idea, but we cannot consider this for 6.0 release.
We will consider this in future if found feasible to implement.

Bug description:
In both stable and trunk branch, it is not possible to define the employment 
rate in a contract in a convenient way. Currently, you can only specify the 
number of days in a week the employee is present. This number of days has to be 
an integer so you can only define jobs that employ 0, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% or 
100%.
It is necessary to be able to specify the employment rate directly as a 
percentage so you can define a contract with any rate between 0 and 100%.
