We have been able to install fr_FR successfully.
Can you check whether you have installed fr_FR locale as well or not?

Hello,
We have installed and tested the gtk-client 5.0.10 on windows seven (7) pro and
ultimate.
The client keep english langage (only client, not the menu/xml).
Users are borrowed :-(
