We have 5,000 products. I am aware of timeout issues but as previously stated that is not the issue here. He have a few magento extensions. We are using litespeed webserver. This particular instance is on centos and the erp box is on ubuntu using the synaptic manager for install. The magento connector end was downloaded from magento connect. If you have any ideas on how we could fix it I am willing to try. We did do a test with the magento test data only and it worked.
