Bug description:

after creating and subscribing an audit rule for the object "Module"
I see a "View Log" Action in "Modules"
but the log remains empty. regardless if I add users or not
IMHO it is very important to document changes in the DB to comply to any
security and documentation standards and this rule should be "subscribed"
automatically, except for demo installation.
