Bug description:
Using the release of August 27th, create a new empty database with only the CRM
part installed, thus getting "sales" and "administration" as the main menus.
Then when you open this database using the web client, the client oscillates
between the following two URLs without ever stopping :
http://yourip:8080/openerp/menu?next=%2Fopenerp%2Fhome
and
http://yourip:8080/openerp/menu?next=%2Fopenerp%2Fhome#url=%2Fopenerp%2Fhome
This forces reloading of the pages all the time and occurs on both Firefox
3.6.8 and IE 8.0.6001.18702
