The Sidebar has been introduced with an option to hide/allow its display with
one click in trunk.
The Sidebar is hidden by default.

Bug description:
It seems that the right menu bar is hidden by default.
I think it's a good idea to allow hiding, but it should be possible to make it
permanently visible/invisible per user/computer as all actions are now "hidden"
making fast working a pain.
especially on large screens it does not make sens to hide and open it for every
operation.
