Bug description:
stock location (and probably others)
tree structured lists are sorted by parent_id and id - this is not user
friendly - from users point chaotic
IMHO tree structured lists must be sorted alphabetically in user language - if
no sequence is defined
if a sequence is defined and used for sorting - the sequence must be displayed
