Bug description:
very often the number of rows taken by these 2 filed types is much higher than
necessary
consequence: vertical scrollbars somewhere else
this is especially true for all those fields where typically only 1 or 2
records are selected
* categories
* VAT
* ...
IIRC there is a tag controlling the hights but in 5.0 it's not working
rowspan: the number of rows to use
