Bug description:
it's a very basic working - not elegant solution to open csv with oocalc.
some enhancements
* use a temporary file - (no file picker)
* create a menu item "open CSV in OpenOffice"
* use http://sourceforge.net/projects/py-csv2xls to convert the file into exel
format prior to opening
yes it's a wish !
