reopen and assign to the right project/team but not in addons.

Bug description:
When setting up openERP 5.0.3, the initial company currency was set to EUR,
which I changed immediately to USD.
The default setup lists EUR as 1.0000 and the other currencies in relation to
this one. Something like:
EUR: 1.0000
USD: 1.3745
CAD: 1.4149
This is not ideal, but not a problem.
After installation, I installed c2c_currency_rate_update, which updated ALL
currencies except USD (I assume this is because it is the base currency)
After currency update:
EUR: 0.6523
USD: 1.3745 *unchanged
CAD: 1.0327
You can see that the other currencies are set against USD, but USD has not been
set to 1.000 as it should be. The only way I found to set USD to 1.0000 was to
manually change it in PgAdmin by adding a new record directly in the database.
