[label, base] xsl file naming conflict

Bug description:
Both the base module and the label module use the xsl file partner_address.xsl
to define the data for the business cards (base) and labels (label). The
problem is that the file partner_address_xsl appaers in both modules and that
the label module uses the one from the base module (and not its own in the
label module). As a consequence, you cannot make different settings for labels
and business cards and it is not logical to find xsl settings for labels in the
base module.
A simple solution would be to use different namings.
At the same occasion, it would be good to put the title field in from of the
name field in both xsl files.
