by default we decided to insert default data in empty database. In this
way, this bug doesn't come again thanks to data.

Status in OpenObject Web Client: Invalid
Bug description:
First create a new db with the financials modules installed. Do not assign a
bank account to the company yet.
Now under "Accounting", go to "Bank & Cash->Journal Items". With the GTK
client, you will get a "Configuration Error ! Cannot find any account journal
of bank type for this company ..." which is correct.
Using the web client and the same menu you will enter an infinite loop with the
"Loading" screen running forever.
