Bug description:
When editing a binary field with an image widget, there are 2 <img/> tags: one
with the correct image and a second one showing a broken link.
I'm not sure of the way this mako is supposed to work, but this attached patch
only fixes one part of the problem: when editing only the correct image is
shown if there is one or the broken link if there is none.
