Bug description:
it seems to be not possible to "shorten" a dependency list
a module which is referered once can not be "deleted" by simply eliminating it
from the dependency list in
__terp__.py "depends"
and sometimes it's also not possible to uninistall a module
we have created a "profile module" for one of our applications which can't be
uninstalled message "You cann not delete a module which is scheduled for
installation" (or ismilar)
