Hi, Thanks for the info. I was referring to regular payments like authorizenet and such. The majority of our customers use credit cards. When they add items to their cart and checkout payment is taken immediately so it skips the pending state and goes directly to processing. So when the majority of orders are imported payment has already been made and I see the payment code authorize net and it registers as an invoice but it doesnt show paid.
So while paypal is a problem we only get a few orders every day for that and I can manually update those. We do though want it so when an already paid transaction such as what I described above is imported it knows that payment was received. Like the auto reconcile would that work?
