Bug description:
branch r 1069
if the resource is read only switching from list to form - without selecting a
resource first - which is the default - creates a new empty resource - no data
can be entered
closing the form asks to save the form (because of the new record) - users are
confused,
in tree mode an additional line is shown - but the delete button is greyed out

the user has to quit "without saving" ...
IMHO it's not a good idea to ask users to regulary quit without saving - it
becomes a bad habit
(it's a bug in GTK only - works in Koo correctly)
