Can you still reproduce this with the latest trunk?
If yes, can you provide the steps you used to reproduce it starting from a new
database?

PS: the sync wizard does not sync with Rosetta, it simply updates the
translation terms for the selected language in the database with all
terms it could extract in the installed modules (similarly to what the
export wizard does, but it puts it in the database, and without
overriding existing translations)
