Hello,
Can you provide more info on your current setup, such as the location of the
server, and addons directories, and how you installed OpenERP
(procedure/tool/package/command you used)?
Then could you compare the files included in your installation with the files
from the latest stable release, downloaded from www.openerp.com/downloads , to
see if some files is missing?
This would help a lot to pinpoint the issue...

Everything worked. Then , I tried to install profil_bi.
Now, it's impossible to init a database. Server logs :
