I cannot repoduce and guess that it is probably already fixed.
Vinay, please double-check the validity of bugs especially when they are
old before assigning to development teams.

Hi,
the mrp_operations module does not seem to manage correctly a phantom bom.
Create the following BOM:
1 A1 - Phantom Procure method - 'MTO' , Supply method - 'Produce'
1.1 A11 - Normal BOM Procure method - 'MTO', 'Supply method - 'Buy'
1.2 A12 - Normal BOM Procure method - 'MTO' , Supply method - 'Buy'
If you sell A1, you will have, in the outgoing products, a pack containing A11
and A12 (both conformed)
Install mrp_operations and sell A1. You will have a pack containing A11 and A12
(both confirmed as previously) and an additionnal A11 in draft, which should
not be there.
In the same way, an additionnal procurement for A11 has also be created.
