[6.0] Upgrade builtin SpiffGtkWidgets

Bug description:
In order to comply to GPL / AGPL licensing it will be required the new
version of SpiffGtkWidgets is embedded into the OpenERP client source.
The new upstream source location for SpiffGtkWidgets is at
https://github.com/knipknap/SpiffGtkWidgets
I've tried copy&paste of the new files but I see there are plenty of changes
done on the source code.
Can we try to get a summary of why these changes are absolutely necessary ?
We can then contribute them back to the project itself so the original library
can be improved. (I might look after this)
