can't change email address of only on employee

Bug description:
in gtk (trunk), if you change the email address of one employee, it will
change the address of all employees.
1) go to 1 employee form view (in gtk client from Humlan Reosurces / Human
Resources / Employees)
2) change or fill in address email
3) check all employee, the email address has been changed for all employees
