bad behaviour of allocation requests by categories

where : Human Resources / Holydays
- Leave Requests form view
- Alllocation request form view
create a new leave or allocation request, in allocation type, choose by
employee category, then, choose a category and confirm
check : the allocation is there (leaves summary) but employees of the category
has not leave days. Actually, one leave should be created by employee who is in
the chosen category (once the leave request is confirmed); in leave summary,
empty case (employee column) shouldn't be there.
