Hello,
Rule for multi company taxes is already defined.
If you will connect with another user, then you will get taxes related
to the company(with child) of connected user.
So I am closing this bug. You can reopen it with more details.

Bug description:
New invoice takes (also) tax of other company from product
Problem
Taxes company is mandatory
Product is company neutral, but allows to define VAT per company - so moult
VAT lines per product
Invoice line takes VAT from product not respecting the company setting in Taxes
