no pdf report "delivery order" in warehouse management

Bug description:
Trunk, Warehouse :
if there is only "stock" module installed (without other related modules), the
"Delivery Order" pdf report isn't visible. No way to print a delivery order.
this report should be available in the stock module even if the user didn't
install others modules.
