I have checked the issue with the latest code but there seems no
misbehavior at my end.
I have created new DB and installed sale module but installation time
same for both Internet Explorer and Mozila FireFox.

critical: web client unusable in IE7-8 due to extremely slow javascript

Bug description:
The current webclient is unusable in IE7 and IE8 due to very slow javascript
code.
(one form of a custom module i made takes about 30s to display in IE8, all time
spend 100% CPU in javascript on a 3GHZ machine. in FF the same javascript
executes more quickly. Forms in standard modules don't take 30s to display but
are still generally very slow)
I attach a file that shows the result of the profiler in IE8, which different
js functions and time spent.
This is a real critical problem because many users still want to access OpenERP
from IE.
