in segments form view, there is a field named "filter", it is a many to
one on filter. to reproduce :
go to Lead, create a filter and save it. go to segment form view, try to
find the filter you have just saved, you can"t.

Bug description:
In segment form view (from Marketing/Campaigns/Segments), the domain on the
filter field doesn't work. Remove it in order to be able to choose a filter.
