client with revision-info as 1399

to the trunk client. for the windows updates you need to wait for the
release of the next window installer.

Bug description:
Popups tend to disappear behind the main window after a minimize/restore.
After that, the main window is useless, waiting for user input, and cannot be
closed.
The only (unclean) way to get out of this is to kill the process using the Task
Manager ... :-(
Popups should ALWAYS be in front of other windows!
