OOO Plugin Server Settings GUI not working

Bug description:
Changing the server settings of the OOO Report Designer Plugin using the GUI
is not working.
Typical scenario:
1. Access the menu OpenERP Report Designer >> Server Parameters
2. Click on 'Change' button.
3. The new window ('Connect to Open ERP Server'):
- cannot change field focus using mouse clicks, Tab works though
- 'Ok' button does not commit the values entered nor close the window
I can change, for example the connection type to NET-RPC if I edit the server
URL
to "socket://...", ("http://..."; and "https://..."; will likewise update to the
corresponding
connection type).
Encountered in v6 RC1, using OpenOffice 3.2 Ubuntu 10.04
