That is what I am talking about, the scrolling does not work, and we are
not able to scroll down read only text fields. Take a look!

Bug description:
When Text field happens to be read only, it does not allow to use scroll bar
- it is being shown, still is fixed. The problem exists on both - Linux and
Windows setups. Whereas for OpenERP GTK client for version 5.x (OpenERP - GTK
Client - v5.0.12) it works as expected, so it is a regression.
