Title:
add a filter button "Ready" selected by default in Manufacturing order

Bug description:
mrp module
In manufacturing order (Manufacuring/Manufacturing/Manufacturing Orders) :
add a filter button "Ready". This button must be selected by default and filter
on all record "Ready to Produce"
Solution
- remove "Draft" and "Current" button
- add 3 buttons :
- Pending -> filters on waiting goods record
- In Production -> filters on in production
- Ready -> selected by default and filters on Ready to produce
- organize button in this order : Pending In production Ready | Late
