Your suggested patch has been merged in server revision 3147
[email protected].
I had to change a few things during the merge to adapt to latest code,
but also improved the logic a bit to use a nested multipart/alternative
part when including both html and plaintext, instead of keeping them in
the main multipart/mixed, which would cause most MUAs to display both
parts one after the other.

- it adds a plain text version of the HTML
- it adds a message-id
- it detects if the message is in HTML or not
