For resolving these type of problems you can use the proper form view
and x-path for view inheritance. For the sack of clarity i am closing
this bug.

[trunk] ambigous selection process of views

Bug description:
for the stock layout issue I was editing some form views concerning the
object "stock.picking".
After editing the "Internal Moves" Menu choose
stock.view_picking_out_form
instead of
stock.view_picking_form
until adding
<field eval="12" name="priority"/> to stock.view_picking_form
