[account_invoice_payment_term] is missing the i18n directory.

Bug description:
After installing the module account_invoice_payment_term all invoices use
english as their locale.
Before installing the module a non-english locale was in use.
Checking the module distribution, there is no i18n directory present (is this
the reason?)
